Mission Accomplished!

Mission Accomplished! I drank my stuff get to the lab early so I had just enough time to finish my New Moon books (I can start my Eclipse tonight, I am a Twilight addict now!) I go in and the lab woman asks if I had a fasting draw across the way, I didn't have a clue what she was talking about... I tell her no and she said Oh, like I was to get one done prior to this one. I told her the nurse instructed me to drink the bottle and get one draw an hour later. She basically said that is not how they normally do it. I tried to rememeber back 5 years but who can remmeber that long ago....so then she draws the one tube and I ask her if the RH factor will be tested from the same vial. (glad I asked!) First she said yes, then she acted confused and called someone to ask... of course she had to poke me again since she didn't pay attention to the sheet the first time! I left all worried that I did the glucose test wrong and would have to go back but called the nurse and she re assured me it was fine. My OB only requires the post drink test.. WHEW! I did eat a small bowl of raisen bran and probably shouldn't have, hopefully that doesn't have to much sugar in it...I guess we'll see! Needless to say I just ate lunch and am now working on a twix bar and some sour jolly ranchers!
