I am home sick today...since there isn't much on tv during the day other than soaps, I tend to watch a lot of TLC...I love a baby story. As I watched today it took me back to when I had Aiden and Ava. Those were two of the most amazing days of my life. There is no way to explain seeing that little person you have been carrying for 9 months for the first time ever. It's a love that you can't begin to describe. I am so blessed to have two beautiful healthy children. I feel even more blessed that I have one of each. I love having a boy that likes to play sports and get dirty. I also love having a girl to dress up and watching her play with her little baby doll already melts my heart. Some days I get overwhelmed, things can get a little hectic working full time, trying to keep up with the housework, spending time with the kids, cooking them dinner and all the comes along with parenting, but at the end of the day I wouldn't have it any other way!
As Mother's Day approaches, it makes me even more appreciative of all the other mother's out there, especially my own. Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there("& soon to be Mom's"!
