I went through with it and Ava had her ears pierced last Friday. Thank goodness Amy went with us, she held Ava as I couldn't do it. I couldn't even watch....
Here she is after..the nurse had to do her right ear twice, no one was happy about that but, I would , much rather get it taken care of now than have to uneven holes. Ava did GREAT, she didn't like being held down but she only cried for a few seconds after each one. She even gave the nurse her bottom lip frown when all was said and done. :-(
Here we are both happy it's over with! She fell asleep within two minutes of getting into the car.I took her into my office afterwards to see everyone.

She has done great so far, hasn't pulled at them once and doesn't
seem to mind much when I clean them either.
