Ava LOVES books! She will just sit and look at her books and try to read them, it's super cute! We have a ton of books for both kids, Aiden was kind enough to clean out some of the books in his room that were as he said "baby" books and give them to his sister. I thought that was so cute that he did it on his own. I only had a small basket in her room to hold a few books and it's become a filled basket with a ton of books on the floor all around that basket! So Chris and I got her this little bookcase for her room as her 1st Birthday present. She can sit in her little chair that her Grandma got for her and read her books!
The gift arrived last week and I decided since we were not going to take the big box with us to her Birthday party (that is 2 hours away) that I would just put it together now. She has not idea it's for her Birthday anyway! It's simply adorable!!!!!! I love it! I also ordered a beautiful jewelry box from pottery barn kids with her name on it, that is going to be her gift from her big brother! It will be something she can keep forever!
