The wedding....

We attended a wedding this past Saturday. Chris's longtime friend, Tim got married. The wedding was very nice. Nicole looked beautiful and they both seemed very happy. This was the first wedding Aiden had ever attended, I was hesitant to take him, but he ended up having a great time and there were about 20 other kids there. Chris was groomsmen, which Aiden didn't quite understand, he kept asking why Daddy was getting married while we were at the church. There was also a part of the ceremony when the Father asked everyone to raise their right hands towards the bride and groom and Aiden held up his red power ranger instead with both hands, it was pretty funny. Luckily, we sat in the back so there was only one couple who sat behind us and I think they were also amused by him.







Here is Aiden, all ready for the wedding playing the piano at his Grandma's house. He looks like a such the little pianist!

Here we are at the reception, after three takes we got the same picture, him being silly! I guess that is what I get for loading him up with sugar at the wedding and everyone giving him their hershey kisses from the favors that were on the table before dinner. He was drinking a shirley temple an thought he was hot stuff!

Here the only family picture we had taken that evening. Aiden had his shoes off already by this time but amazingly the tie stayed on all night!!

Here is Aiden rockin' out at the reception. He went from pianist earlier in the day to Guitar Hero! He was having a blast and even trying to do the cha cha slide which was adorable to watch! Soon after this picture was taken Grandma and Pap came to get him to take him home to bed!




After the reception Chris and I stopped for our favorite pizza and went back to my parents to watch the beginning of SNL. It was a nice evening. Sunday we visited Grandma Argie, it was her 81st B-day. She is currently in a nursing home, more than likely that is where she is going to stay. As always she was very happy to see Aiden. After that visit we drove back home, we were all tired and Aiden even went to bed at 7:15 PM that night!

In Baby news....we had an appt with our OB on Thursday, the heartbeat was 150. I have only gained 2 lbs so far, and everything looks great! We are going back for another routine appt on the 6th of November and that is when I will have the Quad screening done. Then, three more weeks and I get my ultrasound to find out if we are having a boy or girl!!! I made that appt for the day before Thanksgiving! We have so much to be Thankful for this year, this news will make it extra special!!
