Our new addition....

As most of the important people in our lives already know, Chris and I have been trying for another little one since Aiden was about 2 years old. I don't think we ever expected that it would take us this long! It took us about 9 months trying for Aiden and that seemed like forever at the time. It's been quite a journey and we are so excited to welcome this new person into our family! Aiden is going to be a super big brother and he seems very excited about his little brother or sister for now. (I am sure that might change once the baby arrives!) Although this road has brought me MANY tears along the way, I don't know if I would change it. I would take the pills that make me crazy, do the injections, go to all those dreaded appts with the camera wand just to have that one moment when you finally get to see that little peanut of a person on the monitor and a tiny heart beating away. What a precious gift!

We had our first official OB appt yesterday, we finally graduated from our reproductive doctor YAY!!! We were able to hear the heart beat again and it was 160 BPM. Our official due date is April 18, 2009. This time around we will find out the sex, Aiden was a surprise but we felt that since we have so many boys clothes and toys that if it's a girl we will need to get rid of our blue and replace it with pink! Either way we just want a healthy baby!
